PBIS and House Information
Has your child suddenly become an elephant, owl, lion, bear, llama, or fox? At Cloverleaf, we've created a house system to help develop community, responsibility, respect, and kindness among the kids. Our house system helps support our school in our third year of implementation of PBIS (Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports). PBIS strives to teach students the behavior expected of students in the common areas, as well as in the classroom. Students are randomly put into one of our six houses. Each house represents a character word, animal, and a motto for everyday living. Our kids LOVE it and love getting to know students in other grade levels and other staff within the school.
Every third Friday the school holds house meetings and one house wins a reward for the most points earned over the last four weeks. Students earn points for their house by having good attendance, good behavior in class, good behavior in the hallway and common areas, and by doing well academically.
AUSDAUER (Red Fox) "Perseverance, Strong, Unstoppable"
